Available in Canada Only. Echelon is independently owned and operated and is not an affiliate of LA Fitness. Echelon FitPass provides access to on-demand workouts on a month-to-month basis. A member must provide an email address to receive a unique link to register for and access these services. These services require an Internet-connected device, which is not included. Access to the services will cease if member’s membership is cancelled and will be suspended if member’s membership is “frozen.” Monthly dues for this amenity continue until the amenity is removed or the membership is cancelled. A membership may be cancelled, and an amenity removed, at any time by mailing notice to P.O. Box 54170, Irvine, CA 92619-4170, USA (recommended certified or registered, return receipt requested), in person at a club (please see the front desk), via member’s online account (at lafitness.com/pages/login.aspx), or as otherwise provided in member’s membership agreement.
