2. City of Los Angeles, CA (eff 11/8/2021) (all visitors 12 years of age and older must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with matching ID)
3. City of Culver City, CA (eff 11/29/2021) (all visitors 12 years of age and older must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or a qualifying negative COVID-19 test result from the prior 72 hours, with matching ID)
4. King County, WA (eff 10/25/2021) (all visitors 12 years of age and older must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or a qualifying negative COVID-19 test result from the prior 72 hours, with matching ID)
5. New York City, NY (eff 12/27/2021) (all visitors 12 years of age and older must show proof of of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with matching ID)
6. Ontario, Canada (eff 9/22/2021) (all visitors 12 years of age and older must show proof being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with matching ID)
Note: “Fully vaccinated” means two weeks have passed since a person has completed the recommended series of vaccination–usually one or two doses. Once you have visited and shown proof of vaccination and ID, you will not need to provide proof on subsequent visits to a club.
