(Irvine, CA) LA Fitness is proud to announce the launch of Zumba® classes available at club locations nationwide. With an average of five Zumba® classes per week, members and guests can now find a class convenient with their schedules at their nearest LA Fitness. Zumba® brand dance-fitness workouts use international beats and Latin rhythms to help participants get fit in a party like environment.

“Now’s the perfect time to add this class to our group fitness program at LA Fitness. We’re excited for our members to experience the energy of an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie burning workout,” said Louis Welch, CEO of LA Fitness. Fun and music are the two motivating ingredients to the Zumba® dance party. Participants are constantly entertained with the variety of rhythms including salsa, merengue, belly dancing, reggaeton, and more! Even those that have never participated in an exercise program before will enjoy the party.

In addition to Zumba® classes, LA Fitness Members can participate in a variety of group fitness classes seven days a week including aqua, indoor cycling, dance classes, pilates and yoga at no additional charge, and many find that they enjoy group classes not only for the fitness benefit they provide but also as a means for social connection.
